Section 4(b) of the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended ( 22 U.S.C. 614(b) ) is amended by adding after Columbia. the following new sentence, The conspicuous statement shall also detail, where applicable, whether the foreign principal is supervised, directed, owned, controlled, financed, or subsidized, in whole or in part, by: a covered nation as defined in section 4872(f)(2) of title 10, United States Code, or any other foreign government acting on behalf of, at the direction of, under the control of, or for the benefit of such a covered nation.
