Section 8206(a) of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 16 U.S.C. 2113a(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)(B), by striking Governor and inserting Governor, Indian tribe, ; in paragraph (5), by striking Governor and inserting Governor, Indian tribe, ; and in paragraph (6), by striking or Indian tribe . Section 8206(b) of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 16 U.S.C. 2113a(b)(1) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by amending subparagraph
(A)to read as follows: The Secretary may enter into a good neighbor agreement with a Governor, Indian tribe, or county— to carry out authorized restoration services in accordance with this section; and for a term not to exceed 20 years. ; and in paragraph (3), by striking Governor and inserting Governor, Indian tribe, . Section 8206(b)(2)(C)(i) of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 16 U.S.C. 2113a(b)(2)(C)(i) ) is amended— in subclause (I), by striking on ; and in subclause (II)— by striking clause
(i)and inserting subclause
(I); and in item (bb), by striking the Good Neighbor Authority for Recreation Act and inserting section 351 of the EXPLORE Act ( . 16 U.S.C. 8571 ) Section 351(b)(1) of the EXPLORE Act ( 16 U.S.C. 8571(b)(1) ) is amended— by striking county and inserting county— ; and by striking to carry out authorized recreation services in accordance with this title. and inserting the following: to carry out authorized recreation services in accordance with this title; and for a term not to exceed 20 years. .
