In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Secretary for fiscal year 2027, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $40,000,000, to remain available until expended, to carry out section 802 (including the amendments made by such section), including by issuing necessary guidance and technical assistance to States and conducting program integrity and oversight efforts.
