Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Commission, in consultation with relevant agencies, shall develop and make available to the public educational resources for parents, educators, and minors with respect to the safe and responsible use of chatbots by minors. The educational resources developed and made available under subsection
(a)shall include resources on— the risks and benefits of chatbot use; privacy and data collection practices; and best practices for parents supporting the safe use of chatbots by minors. The Commission shall, in a manner appropriate for minors, model the educational resources developed and made available under subsection
(a)on the Youville program of the Commission.
