Section 22104(a) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ( Public Law 117–58 ) is amended to read as follows: There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for grants under section 22909 of title 49, United States Code, $1,500,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2029. In order to be eligible for the funds authorized under paragraph (1), a State department of transportation shall submit to the Federal Railroad Administration a summary of the most dangerous grade crossings in the State. .
