Section 10 of the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Act of 1978 (16 U.S.C 2106) is amended— in subsection (e)(2)(B), by striking in kind contributions. and inserting in-kind contributions. The Secretary may waive the Federal share requirements of this subparagraph with respect to any such funds made available to rural volunteer fire departments. ; and in subsection (g)(1)— by striking any organized, not for profit, fire protection organization and inserting any fire protection organization that is organized as a not for profit organization or by the authority of a local government and ; by striking 10,000 and inserting 15,000 ; and by striking 80 and inserting 70 .
