Section 2A(f) of the Cooperative Forestry Assistance Act of 1978 ( 16 U.S.C. 2101a(f) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking to carry out this section, and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting the following: the Secretary may use any other funds made available under this Act to develop and implement the State-wide assessment and State-wide strategy required by subsection (a), except that the total amount of combined funding used to develop and implement such assessment and strategy may not exceed $10,000,000 in any fiscal year. .
