Section 1450 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3222e ) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (4), by striking land-grant college or university and inserting land-grant college or university (except for a 1994 Institution (as defined in section 532 of the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994 ( ; and Public Law 103–382 ; 7 U.S.C. 301 note))) by striking paragraph (5); and in subsection (d), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031 .
