Section 1446 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3222a ) is amended— in the section heading, by inserting before the period at the end; and (commonly known as the David A. Scott Scholarship Program for Students at 1890 Institutions) in subsection (b)(2), by striking 2023 and inserting 2031 .
