Section 302(b) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1922(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking 3 years and inserting 2 years ; and in paragraph (4)— in subparagraph (A)— in the matter preceding clause (i)— by striking 3-year and inserting 2-year ; and by striking 1 or 2 years and inserting 1 year ; in clause (iii), by inserting or operational before responsibilities ; in clause (vii), by striking or ; and by adding at the end the following: met any other criteria established by the Secretary; or ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking 3-year and inserting 2-year .
