Section 3202 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 22 U.S.C. 2220a note; Public Law 110–246 ) is amended— by amending subsection (b)(1) to read as follows: For the period of fiscal years 2027 through 2031, the aggregate contributions of funds of the Federal Government provided to the Trust under this section shall not exceed 33 percent of the total amount of funds contributed to the Trust from all sources and for all purposes. ; in subsection (b)(2)— by inserting under this section after Trust ; and by striking 2023 and inserting 2031 ; and in subsection (c), by striking fiscal years 2014 through 2023 and inserting fiscal years 2023 through 2031 .
