Section 508(k)(4) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1508(k)(4) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A)— in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking not exceed ; in clause (i)— by inserting not exceed before for the ; and by striking and after the semicolon; in clause (ii)— by striking and subsequent and inserting through 2026 ; by inserting not exceed before for each ; and by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: for each of the 2027 and subsequent reinsurance years, be determined in accordance with subparagraph (F). ; and by amending subparagraph
(F)to read as follows: Notwithstanding subparagraphs (A), (B), (C), and (E), for each of the 2027 and subsequent reinsurance years, the rate established by the Board to reimburse approved insurance providers and agents for the administrative and operating costs of the providers and agents with respect to each policy made available under this Act shall be equal to the rate applicable to the policy in effect for the 2026 reinsurance year. .
