Section 506(n) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1506(n) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Corporation shall— review each policy or product developed under section 508(h) periodically for actuarial soundness; and take such actions, in consultation with persons described in paragraph (1)(A) of such section, as are necessary to improve the actuarial soundness of such policies and products. .
