Section 4003 of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 ( 16 U.S.C. 7303 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(3)— in subparagraph (D), by inserting or pathogens after species ; in subparagraph (G), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (H), by adding and after the semicolon at the end; and by adding at the end the following: address standardized monitoring questions and indicators; ; in subsection (d)— in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (E), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (F), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: proposals that seek to use innovative implementation mechanisms, including good neighbor agreements entered into under section 8206 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 16 U.S.C. 2113a ), and similar implementation mechanisms; and proposals that seek to reduce the risk of uncharacteristic wildfire or increase ecological restoration activities— within areas across land ownerships, including State, Tribal, and private land; and within the wildland-urban interface; and proposals that seek to enhance watershed health and drinking water sources. ; and in paragraph (3)— by amending subparagraph
(A)to read as follows: 4 proposals in any 1 region of the National Forest System to be funded during any fiscal year; and ; by striking subparagraph (B); and by redesignating subparagraph
(C)as subparagraph (B); and in subsection (f)(6), by striking 2019 through 2023 and inserting 2027 through 2031 .
