Section 310B(b) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1932(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking governments and related agencies and inserting governments, related agencies, and Indian tribes ; and in paragraph (2), by striking 2014 through 2023 and inserting 2027 through 2031 .
