Section 236 of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 6946 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (8), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (9), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: coordinate with the National Institute of Food and Agriculture in implementation of the Farm and Ranch Stress Assistance Network provided for in section 7522 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 5936 ). ; and by adding at the end the following:
The Rural Health Liaison shall submit an annual report to the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate outlining the activities conducted under subsection (b). .
