Section 16(c) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2025(c) ) is amended— by redesignating paragraph
(9)as paragraph (10); and by inserting after paragraph
(8)the following: The Secretary shall include all identified payment errors, including small errors under paragraph (1)(A)(ii), regardless of dollar amount, in a supplemental section of the annual payment error rate measurement report for the supplemental nutrition assistance program. The information reported under subparagraph
(A)shall not alter, modify, or affect the calculation of the tolerance level for excluding small errors under paragraph (1)(A)(ii). .
