Section 207 of the Food for Peace Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1726a ), as amended by section 3101(b)(1), is further amended— in subsection (c)(1), by striking the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 and inserting the Farm, Food, and National Security Act of 2026 ; in subsection (d), by striking , in consultation with the Secretary, ; and in subsection (f)— in paragraph (1), by striking , in consultation with the Secretary, ; and in paragraph (4), by striking 2023 each place it appears and inserting 2031 .
