Section 6208(b) of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012 ( 47 U.S.C. 1428(b) ) is amended— by inserting (or other period specified by the First Responder Network Authority) after for each fiscal year ; and by striking the fiscal year involved and inserting such fiscal year (or other period) .
