Section 3(a)(2) of the IMPACT Act of 2014 ( Public Law 113–185 ), as amended by section 6205 of division F of the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026 ( Public Law 119–37 ), is amended— in subparagraph (B), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (C), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: $4,400,000 for the period beginning on January 31, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2026, to remain available until expended. .
