The Secretary of the Treasury is directed to issue a report to Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate, the House Committee on Financial Services, and the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act on the authorities used to establish the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve and U.S. Digital Asset Stockpile, the impact the reserve and/or stockpile has on the Treasury Forfeiture Fund
(TFF)including specific impacts on funding for law enforcement and compensation for victims of crime, a description of how Bitcoin and digital assets would appear on the Federal government’s balance sheet including on TFF monthly reports, and all third party contractors responsible for the custody of the assets.
