For an additional amount for U.S. Customs and Border Protection—Operations and Support , $31,000,000, to remain available until expended, to be reduced by amounts collected and credited to this appropriation in fiscal year 2026 from amounts authorized to be collected by section 286(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1356(i) ), section 10412 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8311 ), and section 817 of the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 ( Public Law 114–125 ), or other such authorizing language.
To the extent that amounts realized from such collections exceed $31,000,000, those amounts in excess of $31,000,000 shall be credited to this appropriation, to remain available until expended.
