Not later than 30 days before entering into an Energy Security Compact, the Director for Energy Security Compacts shall— notify and consult with the appropriate congressional committees regarding such Compact; transmit to the appropriate congressional committees the text of such Compact; and provide to the appropriate congressional committees an in-person briefing regarding such Compact.
