The President may accept the Terms of Reference of and maintain membership of the United States in the International Nickel Study Group. For fiscal year 2026 and each fiscal year thereafter, the United States assessed contributions to the International Nickel Study Group may be paid from amounts authorized to be appropriated under section 8 of the United Nations Participation Act of 1945 ( 22 U.S.C. 287e ).
