The Secretary of Education shall report to the Committee on Education and Workforce of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate on the efforts of the Secretary carried out under the amendments made by this Act, and best practices from institutions receiving a grant under section 120(e) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1011i(e) ), as amended by section 2 of this Act— not later than one year after the date of enactment of this Act; and three years after the date of enactment of this Act.
