The terms and conditions of section 7055 of the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2010 (division F of Public Law 111–117 ) shall apply to this Act: That subsection (f)(2)(B) of such section shall be applied by substituting Provided, September 30, 2025 for September 30, 2009 .
