Section 183(e)(1)(B) of the Clean Air Act ( 42 U.S.C. 7511b(e)(1)(B) ) is amended— in the first sentence, by striking The term and inserting the following: The term ; and by striking the second sentence and inserting the following: The term consumer or commercial product does not include the following: A portable fuel container. A fuel or fuel additive regulated under section 211. A motor vehicle, non-road vehicle, or non-road engine as defined under section 216. .
