If any provision of this Act, or the application of any provision to any person or circumstances, is held to be invalid, the remainder of this Act and the application of any of its other provisions to any other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to limit or narrow the positions that are or may be listed in Schedule C.
