Of the amounts made available under the heading Department of the Interior—Departmental Offices—Department-Wide Programs—Wildland Fire Management , $763,514,000 shall be derived by transfer from the unobligated balances of amounts previously appropriated in division J of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ( Public Law 117–58 ) as follows:
(1)$125,000,000 from the unobligated balances under the heading Environmental Protection Agency—State and Tribal Assistance Grants from amounts that will become available for fiscal year 2026 in paragraph (3);
(2)$353,514,000 from the unobligated balances under the heading Department of the Interior—Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement—Abandoned Mine Reclamation Fund ;
(3)$285,000,000 from the unobligated balances under the heading Department of the Interior—Methane Reduction Infrastructure : That amounts derived by transfer pursuant to this subsection shall continue to be treated as amounts specified in section 103(b) of division A of Provided, Public Law 118–5 : That amounts derived by transfer pursuant to this subsection shall not be available for wildfire suppression operations. Provided further, Of the amounts made available under the heading Department of the Interior—Departmental Offices—Office of Inspector General , $65,000,000 shall be derived by transfer from the unobligated balances of amounts previously appropriated in division J of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ( Public Law 117–58 ), including amounts that will become available for fiscal year 2026, that have been or will be transferred to the Office of Inspector General of the Department of the Interior for oversight of funding provided to the Department of the Interior in title VI of division J of that Act: That amounts derived by transfer pursuant to this subsection shall continue to be treated as amounts specified in section 103(b) of division A of Provided, Public Law 118–5 . Of the amounts made available under the heading Department of Agriculture—Forest Service—Forest Service Operations , $146,486,000 shall be derived by transfer from the unobligated balances of amounts previously appropriated under the heading Department of the Interior—Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement—Abandoned Mine Reclamation Fund in division J of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ( Public Law 117–58 ): That amounts derived by transfer pursuant to this subsection shall continue to be treated as amounts specified in section 103(b) of division A of Provided, Public Law 118–5 .
