None of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be used to close, halt development of, merge with or transfer to another function or program, reduce funding, or otherwise diminish the operations of the Smithsonian American Women’s History Museum or the National Museum of the American Latino established by Public Law 116–260 on December 27, 2020.
