The Secretary, acting through the Director of the USGS, shall continue to maintain and operate the existing USGS gaging station at the YAN Point of Compliance, identified as Verde River Above Camp Verde - 09504950 in Exhibit 11.1B to the Agreement, within the Yavapai-Apache Reservation, for the purpose of monitoring the instream flow right of the Yavapai-Apache Nation to the Verde River as described in paragraph 11.0 of the Agreement.
