Section 3689 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection (e). Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall submit to the Committees on Veterans’ Affairs of the Senate and House of Representatives a report containing a list of advisory committees of the Department of Veterans Affairs— that are authorized and inactive; or for which authorization has lapsed.
