The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall, not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this section, require each public housing agency (as such term is defined in section 3(b) of the United States Housing Act of 1937 ( 42 U.S.C. 1437a(b) )) to publicly disclose, on the website of the public housing agency, with respect to each contract entered into by such public housing agency in the preceding year the following: All material information about the contract, including the goods and service provided. The vendor selected to receive the contract. The date of the solicitation of the contract. The bids and quotes solicited. The name of official who solicited the contract.
