Not later than 90 days after the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense and the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, shall conduct a review and issue a classified report to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence which makes a determination whether increased intelligence sharing with Ukraine relating to the Russian Federation, Belarus, China, North Korea, or any other entity the Director of National Intelligence determines appropriate for purposes of this section, improves the security of the United States and the allies and partners of the United States.
