Section 11101(e) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ( 23 U.S.C. 101 note) is amended— in paragraph
(2)by adding at the end the following: The term veteran-owned small business concern has the meaning given the term small business concern owned and controlled by veterans in section 3(q) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 632(q) ). . in paragraph
(3)by inserting and veteran-owned small business concerns before the period at the end; and in paragraph (4)(B)— in clause
(ii)by striking and at the end; in clause
(iii)by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: veterans. .
