Sec. 10211. Repeal of federal motor vehicle and aviation fuel taxes

Subpart A of part III of subchapter A of chapter 32 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is hereby repealed. The repeal made by subsection
(a)shall apply to transactions after December 31, 2025.
