The second subsection
(s)(relating to assessments) of section 11 of the Federal Reserve Act ( 12 U.S.C. 248(s) ) is amended— in paragraph (2), by striking $100,000,000,000 each place that term appears and inserting $150,000,000,000 ; and in paragraph (3), by striking between $100,000,000,000 and $250,000,000,000 and inserting between $150,000,000,000 and $370,000,000,000 .
