The Secretary shall, not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, establish a hotline to provide assistance with regard to eviction-related matters to tenants of covered federally assisted rental dwelling units. There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out this section such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 2026 and each fiscal year thereafter.
