The Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act ( 42 U.S.C. 12701 et seq. ) is amended— by striking Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act each place it appears and inserting McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act ; and by striking Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs each place it appears and inserting Committee on Financial Services .
