Sec. 10404. Funding for the activities of the Commission

The Secretary of Commerce may collect private sector donations for the purpose of carrying out this title, to be deposited in the Treasury and made available consistent with the authorization of appropriations in subsection (c). The amounts and sources of all funds donated under subsection
(a)and all spending by the Commission shall be made publicly available on the website of the Commission. There is authorized to be appropriated to the Commission, for the purpose of carrying out the activities of this title, $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2027 through 2036.
