Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall publish a report— on authorities and programs of the Federal Government that are available to protect communities from wildfires; and that includes an assessment of the Comptroller General with respect to impediments to the implementation of such programs, including gaps in funding.
