Section 8(e) of the National Dam Safety Program Act ( 33 U.S.C. 467f(e) ) is amended by striking paragraph (4). Section 8A(f) of the National Dam Safety Program Act ( 33 U.S.C. 467f–2(f) ) is amended by inserting , which system shall be used by any State that is not using a risk-based priority system developed by the State for identifying such dams before the period at the end. Section 8A(j)(4) of the National Dam Safety Program Act ( 33 U.S.C. 467f–2(j)(4) ) is amended by striking 2026 and inserting 2031 .
