Notwithstanding sections 101 and 106, and sections 1101, 1106, and 11201 of Public Law 119–4 , the fifth and sixth provisos under the heading Millennium Challenge Corporation in title III of division F of Public Law 118–47 shall be amended by substituting December 31, 2026 for December 31, 2024 each place it appears.
