Section 225(e) of division A of Public Law 116–6 ( 49 U.S.C. 44901 note) shall be applied by substituting fiscal year 2019 through the date specified in section 106 of the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2026 for fiscal years 2019 through 2025 .
