Amounts made available by section 101 for Department of Justice—United States Marshals Service—Salaries and Expenses may be apportioned up to the rate for operations necessary to maintain program operations. In addition to amounts provided by section 101, for Department of Justice—United States Marshals Service—Salaries and Expenses , there is appropriated $30,000,000, for an additional amount for fiscal year 2026, to remain available until September 30, 2027, to carry out protective operations.
