Such amounts as may be necessary, at a rate for operations as provided in the applicable appropriations Acts for fiscal year 2025 and under the authority and conditions provided in such Acts, for continuing projects or activities (including the costs of direct loans and loan guarantees) that are not otherwise specifically provided for in this Act, that were conducted in fiscal year 2025, and for which appropriations, funds, or other authority were made available in the Full-Year Continuing Appropriations Act, 2025 (division A of Public Law 119–4 ), except sections 1110, 1113, 1114, and 1207; the proviso in paragraph
(4)of section 1602; and sections 1708 and 1808; and except section 11104 shall be applied by substituting 2020, and 2021 for and 2020 ; and except sections 774 and 778 of division B, section 540 of division C, and sections 110 and 112 of division D of Public Law 118–42 as continued in effect by section 1101 of division A of Public Law 119–4 ; and except section 7069(b) of division F of Public Law 118–47 , as continued in effect by section 1101 of division A of Public Law 119–4 .
