Section 501(c)(1)(A) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 701(c)(1)(A) ) is amended— in clause (vii), by striking and at the end; in clause (viii), by adding ; and at the end; and by adding at the end the following new clause: for the period beginning on October 1, 2025, and ending on January 30, 2026, an amount equal to the pro rata portion of the amount appropriated for fiscal year 2025. .
