Of the $75,039,000,000 that became available on October 1, 2025, previously appropriated under the heading Veterans Health Administration—Medical Services in the Full-Year Continuing Appropriations Act, 2025 (division A of Public Law 119–4 ), $2,030,000,000 shall be transferred to Veterans Health Administration—Medical Facilities .
