Not later than 30 days after the end of each fiscal quarter, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall submit to the Committees on Appropriations of both Houses of Congress a report on the financial status of the Department of Veterans Affairs for the preceding quarter: That, at a minimum, the report shall include the direction contained in the paragraph entitled Provided, Quarterly reporting , under the heading General Administration in the joint explanatory statement accompanying Public Law 114–223 .
