None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may be made available to the Department of Justice to pay, or agree to pay, the costs and fees incurred by an alien that are associated with a civil action, including costs and fees authorized section 2412 of title 28, United States Code, involving an alien who entered the United States in violation of section 275(a) or section 276(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1325(a) , 1326(a)), in connection with any proceeding or adjudication initiated under such Act.
None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may be made available to the Department of Justice to pay, or agree to pay, the costs and fees incurred by an alien that are associated with an agency adjudication, including costs and fees authorized under section 504 of title 5, United States Code, involving an alien who entered the United States in violation of section 275(a) or section 276(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1325(a) , 1326(a)), in connection with any proceeding or adjudication initiated under such Act.
